We understand you are anxious to start your supervised visits. The faster you get your documents to us, the faster we can get past the paperwork and on to your visits!

Our services are discreet.
We are not there to judge you, so you don’t have to worry.
We do not take sides. This is solely about reconnecting with your child or children, and we are here to help you do so.
We are professionally trained so you can relax.
We are trained and obligated to ensure the safety of the child.
We ensure your child has a safe visit so they can have fun and maintain a relationship with both parents.
We are diligent, polite, courteous, reliable, with a casual appearance, and committed to supporting parents’ interaction with children at a difficult time.

Starting Services

Step 1: Call to Schedule and Complete an Intake Interview

Note: Before your intake interview, you must email or mail a copy of:
a) the court order,
b) a photo of the child/children,
c) your California Driver's License or Identification Card

d) valid car insurance if transporting child,
e) any restraining orders or no contact orders.

f) your completed and signed Intake Packet

Note: Make a list of questions and bring it with you to the Intake Interview. The intake interview will be conducted with each parent individually before your first visit. During the intake interview, we will review the following:

- Visitation guidelines set forth by your court order
- Visitation Agreement for Services
- Fees and Method of Payment
- Safety and Security Measures
- Program Conditions and Guidelines
- Hours of Operation
- Reasons for Interrupting or Ending a Visit
- Termination Process

Step 2: Meanwhile, behind the scenes...

As law requires, we will complete and sign the Declaration of Supervised Visitation Provider Form. A completed copy of this form will be sent to all parties involved, including the custodial and non-custodial parents, attorneys, and court.

Step 3: Schedule Your Visits

If it is mutually determined we are a good fit for your case, we will proceed with scheduling your visits and help you plan your first visit. Suggested activities include libraries, parks, zoos, museums, aquariums, restaurants, etc.

Documentation

All visitation documentation is based on observations prepared by professionally trained staff. Supervisors are instructed to record what happens during parent-child contact and do not include opinions and judgments.

All documentation and file notes will be kept confidential and available to court personnel only upon request of subpoena or valid, signed release of information.
