Off-Site Visitation
Off-site visitations involve supervised interactions between a non-custodial parent and their child or children at a location outside the custodial parent's home. These visits are monitored by a trained professional to ensure the safety and well-being of the child, and they often take place in neutral and predetermined settings, such as parks, community centers, or supervised visitation facilities.
Custody Exchanges
Custody exchanges refer to the formal handovers of children from one parent or guardian to another as stipulated in a custody or visitation agreement. These exchanges can take place at a predetermined designated location to minimize potential conflicts or disputes between the parents during the transition.
Monitored Telephone and Video Visitation
Telephone or video chat visitations enable non-custodial parents to maintain contact with their children when in-person visits are not possible. Supervised visitation providers will facilitate these virtual interactions to ensure they are safe and appropriate.
